Among all their recommendations, UNDP and UNODC suggest that non-governmental organisations (NGOs) such as Globethics.net can support education "by engaging youth in discussions about what ethical behaviour consists of, what corruption is and ways of fighting it, and encouraging young people to demand their right to education". They state furthermore that, "Ensuring that future generations of citizens are brought up to expect corruption-free countries is one of the best tools to ensure a brighter future".

Globethics.net Executive Director Obiora Ike says: "Of all the virtues that edify and build up a nation, integrity is the foremost for it is an all-round virtue. Of all the vices that defy a people, corruption is integrity deficiency and has been recognised by many in recent times as "an issue of grave concern and a serious obstacle to economic growth, democratic culture, national and international stability, good governance and a hindrance to the effective implementation of the SDG's". Corruption practices are universal and the United Nations has recognised that it is found in every country in various dimensions and expressions. Therefore, all eyes must be at alert for the old Latin proverb states the obvious: "QUIS CUSTODIET IPSOS CUSTODES"? Meaning: "Who is going to watch the watchmen?". At Globethics.net, we engage in a strategy for Ethics in Higher Education that promote enlightenment, research, teaching, documentations and good practices around the theme of anti-corruption".
