Globethics.net plans the work ahead on the basis of four strategic levels, which derive from each other:

1/ The Vision and Mission determine the fundamental goals of Globethics.net, and therefore its strategy on the long run.

2/ On the basis of the Vision and the Mission Globethics.net develops a 3 years strategy.

3/ This strategy is the grounding for the annual work programmes.

4/ Finally these work programmes are the basis for the individual staff work programme.
