Globethics.net at the G20 Interfaith Forum in Argentina

Preparing for the G-20 Summit different delegations from different goverment, religious, civil society and academic actors and experts met from 26-28 September at the G20 Interfaith Forum in Buenos Aires. The conclusions from this forum will be drawn to the G20 Economic Summits.
Globethics.net participated as one of fifty collaborating institutions and was represented by its President Christoph Stückelberger, who delivered two presentations on Faith and Finance. He also presented the new FaithInvest Alliance which is in the preliminary stages of development, where both Globethics.net and the Geneva Agape Foundation are involved.
Sustainable and fair finance is a key aspect of the topic of the Forum "Building Consensus for Fair and Sustainable Development: Religious Contributions for a Dignified Future". The sincere dialogue between Muslims, Christians, Jews, Shinto, Hindu and Buddhist organisations during with UN agencies during the Forum showed the willingness to cooperate closely especially to reach the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs.
