The Globethics Russia regional programme is hosted by the Institute for Economic Strategies in Moscow. The Institute is a scientific and consulting organisation with 300 employees functioning under the auspices of the Social Sciences Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Director of Globethics Russia is Alexander I. Ageev, Director General of the Institute, who together with the Deputy Director/Programme Executive promote Globethics in Russia and identify documents and content to integrate into the Globethics libraries in Russian.

Региональная программа «Globethics Россия» ведется Институтом экономических стратегий (Москва). Институт является научной и консалтинговой организацией с 300 сотрудниками и действует под эгидой Отделения общественных наук Российской Академии Наук. Директор «Globethics Россия» Александр Иванович Агеев, одновременно являющийся генеральным директором ИНЭС, совместно с заместителем директора и региональным координатором программы занимается продвижением Globethics в России, а также поиском соответствующих документов и контента для их последующей интеграции в русскоязычные библиотеки Globethics.
