Practice of Business Ethics Construction in China’s Fight against Commercial Bribe of Multinational Corporations

Abstract: The acceleration of economic integration promotes the development of multinational companies in China. However, in recent years, constantly emerging commercial bribe activities of multinational companies have drawn attentions from public to fight against this phenomenon. Generally researches on relevant policies during past focused on legal institutions, and researches on application of business ethics construction are still lack of operability. Based on the current commercial bribe activities of multinational companies in China, this paper will discuss the necessity and feasibility of stimulating multinational companies to reduce commercial bribe through internal implementation of business ethics and management in companies and also gives some suggestions on implementation.
