从法律角度浅谈我国公司社会责任在当今中国的发展与治理

摘要:自19世纪公司制度诞生以来,公司以其有限责任与独立法人格等特征于众多经济组织形式中脱颖而出,并以其不可阻挡的发展势头掀开了世界经济的新篇章。作为我国影响力最大的经济组织形式之一,公司是否应在追求自身利益的同时负担起相应的社会责任已然成为各路学者争论的话题。笔者将在参考前辈研究成果的基础上,从法律角度浅谈公司的社会责任在当今中国国情下的发展与治理。

On Development and Governance of Corporate Social Responsibility in China from the legal Perspective

Abstract: since its emergence in 19th century, company is distinct from other forms of economic organizations for its limited liability and independent legal identity, and opens a new chapter of world economy with its irresistible momentum of development. As one of the most influential economic organizations in China, it has become a controversial topic among different scholars that whether company should take corresponding social responsibility while pursuing profit. Based on previous research achievements, this thesis will analyze the development and governance of corporate social responsibility in China from the legal perspective.
