The Institute for Leadership and Sustainability (IFLAS) is holding a six day residential course on sustainability leadership in the Lake District (United-Kingdom) starting from Friday 9 September 2016. This course examines the nature of leadership for social change, which could lead to more socially just and environmentally appropriate societies.
The course is intended for people with professional experience in fields related to sustainable development who seek to develop their leadership capabilities. Currently the prospective student list includes environmental NGOs, entrepreneurs, management trainers and government officials. People who complete this course can then progress onto other qualifications, including new MA courses in Leadership Development at the Institute.
