null 49th Session of the Human Rights Council: Co-sponsored statement on human rights education and learning

During the 49th Session of the Human Rights Council, co-sponsored an oral statement as part of the NGO Working Group on Human Rights Education and Learning.

The co-sponsored oral statement represented a reminder to member states to review their progress in the implementation of human rights education and training, as well as a call for the incoming Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education to focus on Human Rights Education and meaningful engagement with young people as the “leaders and key partners in designing and conducting human rights education” efforts.
