he Club of Florence (CoF), Istituto Internazionale per una buona Corporate Governance,is pleased to announce the annual CoF Seminar 2017. The event will take place on 26 – 28 October 2017 at Centre Jean XXIII – Grand Séminaire, Luxembourg.
CoF aims to build a bridge between academic freedom and the constraints on companies vis-à-vis their environments and all stakeholders: a bridge defined by generally accepted principles of Corporate Governance.
The objective of the CoF Seminar is to promote an intellectual exchange on the compatibility of strategic economic and ethical criteria, taking account of historical, philosophical and cultural circumstances and their rendering of accounts.
