null Globethics.net signs MOU with Embury Institute for Higher Education

Globethics.net is happy to announce its partnership with the Embury Institute for Higher Education, a private tertiary education provider owned by Stadio Holdings in South Africa. The partnership agreement takes effect as of 1 June 2017 for a period of four years.

Present at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Durbanville, Cape Town were Globethics.net Executive Director, Prof. Dr Obiora Ike, Embury Compliance Officer and former Director of Globethics.net Southern Africa Regional Programme, Prof. Divya Singh, the CEO of Stadio Holdings, Johan Human and the CEO of Curro Holdings, Chris van der Merwe. . The cooperation will include developing resources and research on ethics in higher education and working towards finding solutions to ethical challenges in Africa (and globally), with a special focus on education.
 
The MOU with Embury is the third partnership that Globethics.net has signed in South Africa; the other two are with the BEN-Africa Network housed at the University of Stellenbosch and Unisa
