We are happy to announce the upcoming global event organised with our partner The Education Relief Foundation (ERF) on 8 December 2017 at the United Nations, Geneva (Switzerland).
The High-level Forum on Balanced and Inclusive Education, organised jointly by The Education Relief Foundation (ERF) and the Globethics.net Foundation, brings together senior decision makers within governments, development partners, research institutions and civil society organisations.
The overall aim is to develop strategies for accelerating progress towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal no. 4 (SDG#4) on inclusive and equitable quality education for all.
During 2017, ERF and its partners has hosted four high-level meetings on the topic of balanced and inclusive education in Thailand, Nigeria, Panama and Switzerland.
At this final stage, ERF and Globethics.net are consolidating the recommendations resulting from these four regional meetings, to produce a Policy Guide for a Code of Ethics on Balanced and Inclusive Education.
The High-level Forum on December 8th of this year at the United Nations venue will be the occasion to gather high level stakeholders who support our joint efforts towards advancing the global agenda for a balanced and inclusive education where Ethics plays a crucial role.
The Global High-level Forum on Balance and Inclusive Education will be preceded by the Global North Regional Stakeholders' Meeting on Balanced and Inclusive Education on the 6-7th December on Geneva.
